Before the first PPA cover session, a member of our team will be in touch for a pre-consult relating to your school and the classes they will be coaching.

 

During this time, we aim to learn about  any medical conditions, understand your behaviour policy and  housekeeping elements including your register and dismissal policies.

We ensure our coaches have as much information about your school and pupils as possible, allowing them the foresight to coach proactively and  effectively.
